Once the telehealth visit is finished, the Patient Care Coordinator will furnish all the necessary information concerning shipping, administration, and payments.

After your treatment plan has been approved, your first treatment will be shipped using either UPS Express or FedEx. Please note that couriers may sometimes experience shipping delays caused by holidays, weekends, or weather. Typically, deliveries arrive within 48-72 hours.

Cancellation should be done within 24 hours of the scheduled consultation. Failing to give a 24-hour notice will result in a rescheduling fee of $50. No-shows will be charged $99. Lab fees will only be refunded if labs have not been collected. Once you have gone to LabCorp for collection, no refund of fees will be provided.
The prescription for your treatment will be processed by a licensed U.S.-based pharmacy that is a third-party provider. The specific pharmacy used will depend on the medication being filled and/or your location. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
You have the option to discontinue your treatment at any time, but we strongly advise against abruptly stopping treatment as it may lead to unfavorable side effects. Many of our patients have high deductible plans and co-pays and may not meet their deductible since they are typically healthy. As a result, the out-of-pocket cost for the required 6-month lab panels can exceed $350. We have negotiated competitive prices on your behalf to provide peace of mind and ensure you fully understand your costs upfront.
Testosterone therapy leads to an increase in the production of red blood cells, which can be measured by testing your hematocrit levels. If your hematocrit levels are high, regular blood donations at a local blood bank can easily manage them. Proactively managing your hematocrit will prevent any interruptions in your therapy. You don't need a doctor's order to donate blood at any local blood bank or Red Cross facility.
Our stacks are prescribed for a period of 6 months. In contrast, peptides, wellness medications, sexual performance medications, and thermogenics can be refilled using our online refill store during the 6-month period.
